JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

My client is one of Northern Ireland’s leading specialist façade companies, they have gained an excellent industry reputation built on 25 years’ experience of successfully delivering multi-million-pound contracts encompassing retail, commercial, educational and healthcare projects across Ireland the UK.

They seek to recruit a full-time permanent Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team, you will be involved in supporting the commercial management of façade packages, including curtain walling, windows, cladding and associated envelope works, from procurement through to final account. Previous façade experience would be advantageous, but is not essential, as full support and development will be provided.

Key Tasks
- Assist with the commercial administration of live façade projects.
- Support the preparation of subcontractor and supplier enquiries. Help with obtaining, reviewing and comparing quotations.
- Assist in the preparation of cost plans, budgets and commercial reports.
- Support the measurement and valuation of works completed on site. Assist with the preparation and submission of interim valuations and applications for payment.
- Maintain accurate project records, including orders, costs, variations and correspondence.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, procurement staff and site teams to monitor project progress and commercial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts.
- Attend internal and external project meetings.

Candidate Requirements
Degree qualified, or working towards a qualification, in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline. Façade, curtain walling, cladding or building envelope experience is desirable but not essential. You’ll have good numerical and analytical skills linked to strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You’ll have good communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team and build positive working relationships. You’ll be competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Full driving licence may be preferable depending on project and office requirements.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - Property
My client is a professional property management company based in Northern Ireland and Scotland. They manage residential buildings, apartments, developments and outside spaces which are jointly owned. Whether it’s cutting the grass, routine maintenance, inspections or full management of a block of properties, they have 180 years’ experience, skills and to ensure their clients get the most from their home.

They would like to appoint a Customer Relationship Manager / Property Manager to join their team in Belfast. As the pivotal / senior contact you will work with autonomy to manage a portfolio of residential developments. Your primary focus will be building and developing professional working relationships with your clients on the Management Committee, internal staff and suppliers.

You will meet with property owners, residents and committee members to discuss our range of services and agree a plan to uphold the maintenance, general standards and management of the development. You will agree budgets, advise on planned expenditure and seek permission prior to work being started. You work to maximise the revenue generated through fees, commissions and technical management charges.

You will liaise with contractors, raise job orders confirming and recording the specification of the work, negotiation of rates and credit terms. Ensuring compliance with regulation/legal governance. You’ll conduct regular site meetings including the AGM to advise on works progress, expenditure, financial statements, bills, arrears etc.

Manage telephone calls, emails and written correspondence, responding in a timely, accurate and professional fashion. Upload all customer records onto the system, including site inspections, minutes from residents’ meetings, and any other pertinent information for the development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-confident and be adept at initiating and building professional client relationships whilst being open, honest and transparent in all of your interactions.

Knowledge of facilities/property management/building is required. Full training provided in-house systems to help build your industry knowledge and credibility. You will be able to quickly understand and interpret complex problems with the ability to summarise and explain in different ways to residents. You will be a multitasker with ability to change priorities whilst maintaining an eye for detail in your record keeping. You must be competent in using Microsoft Office including Outlook. You must hold a valid UK Driving License.

Starting salary of £32,000 to £40,000 negotiable based on proven skills and relevant experience. SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER

My client is a Belfast based IT Support and Solutions company with over 20 years’ experience of providing leading edge technology solutions to organisations in the Public, Private and Voluntary sectors throughout Belfast and Northern Ireland.
Due to continued success they seek to appoint a Senior Support Engineer on a full-time permanent basis. You will be the go-to technical expert for supporting, maintaining, and optimising our Kaseya-based infrastructure and client deployments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring service excellence, mentoring junior staff, and helping to drive technical improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities: -
- Serve as a senior point of contact for escalated technical issues across our platforms.
- Administer, manage, and troubleshoot Kaseya related tools (e.g. Kaseya RMM, IT Glue, PSA, Graphus, myITProcess, IT Glue, etc).
- Develop and implement scripts and automation within Kaseya to enhance monitoring, patching, and reporting capabilities.
- Provide advanced remote and on-site support to clients, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an IT support role, ideally at senior or third-line level within a MSP environment.
- Hands-on expertise with the Kaseya suite (Kaseya RMM, IT Glue, PSA, Graphus, myITProcess, IT Glue, DATTO etc) is essential.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation within managed services.
- Deep understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and endpoint management.
- Working knowledge of iOS.
- Familiarity with backup solutions, cybersecurity tools, and RMM/PSA integrations and CyberEssentials.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage workload independently and juggle multiple priorities.
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Kaseya) are a plus.

Working in a busy warehouse attached to a beautiful retail showroom you will work as part of a small team to carry out the following tasks: -
- Goods In / Goods Out, unloading deliveries and restocking warehouse and trade counter
- Stock control and associated checks, including stock management
- Organising warehouse and yard to be tidy and accessible
- Inputting of inward goods documentation onto stock control system

You will be physically fit and be willing/able to carry out manual work to include lifting, loading, packing and delivering. Full Driving Licence and FLT licence essential.

You must have a ‘Can Do’ attitude linked to great customer service skills to ensure the customer experience is first class. You will be a confident communicator and be comfortable using a computer to pull picking lists, input orders and accurately update the stock control system.

Client is offering an attractive starting salary of £26,000 - £30,000, based on your experience and skills, regular pay reviews to reflect business success and reward loyalty. 40 hours per week, 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings working on a rota basis. 28 days holiday, enhanced pension contributions, private medical insurance and free parking.

They seek to appoint a Head of Support, as a member of senior management your role will be to lead the Support Team in Belfast; to include client administrators, credit controller, client accounts and client relationship management.

Your team are responsible for the upkeep and management of the CRM software, processing contractor invoices and payments, client billing and communication, home ownership changes, credit control, filing of confirmation statements and accounts at companies house. The team also manage the management company bank accounts and holding account along with the purchase ledger.

Key tasks / responsibilities: -
- Training and Mentoring of the Administration and Finance Team
- Ownership of support processes ensuring that the team adhere to them and recognise their value.
