Enso Asks LinkedIn✍️
Interviews can be challenging for different reasons. Whether it’s preparing for technical questions, thinking through your answers, or simply feeling confident talking about your own experience, everyone has a different “hard part”.
That’s why we asked LinkedIn:
“What part of interviewing do you find the toughest?” 🤔
And here’s what you told us📊
👉 39% said Selling yourself confidently - A reminder that even when someone has the right experience, talking through achievements and showing their value can be the hardest part.
👉 26% chose Technical questions - preparation matters, especially when you’re asked to explain your approach, problem-solve, or demonstrate your knowledge under pressure.
👉 19% said Behavioural questions - questions around teamwork, challenges, and decision-making can catch people off guard if they haven’t thought through examples beforehand.
👉 16% picked Presenting / Whiteboarding - a smaller percentage, but still a key area where preparation and practice can make a big difference.
Our takeaway?
The strongest interviews aren’t about having a “perfect” answer to every question. They’re about knowing your experience, understanding your strengths, and being able to communicate the value you bring.
A little preparation goes a long way; whether that’s practising examples, researching the company, or simply getting comfortable talking about what you’ve achieved 🙌
