👉 27% chose Communication & updates - keeping people informed really does matter. Nobody likes being left in the dark, and clear, regular updates make the whole process feel easier on both sides.
👉 7% said Market knowledge - a smaller share, but still a key part of the picture. Knowing what’s really happening in the market helps guide better decisions, whether you’re hiring or making your next move.
