Service Coordinator – Field Engineers | Full-Time | Permanent
We’re working with a growing business to recruit an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to support a busy field engineering team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating engineers, supporting customers, and ensuring service operations run smoothly day to day.
What you’ll be doing:
🟡 Scheduling and dispatching field service engineers
🟡 Coordinating service visits based on priority and location
🟡 Acting as the main point of contact for customer service requests
🟡 Providing updates on engineer arrival times and job progress
🟡 Managing service tickets, work orders, and invoicing
🟡 Liaising with engineers regarding tools, parts, and job requirements
🟡 Monitoring spare parts and stock levels to avoid delays
🟡 Coordinating with warehouse and service teams
🟡 Supporting compliance, reporting, and service administration
What we’re looking for:
🟡 Previous experience in a service coordination or scheduling
🟡 Strong organisational and communication skills
🟡 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
🟡 Confident dealing with customers, engineers, and internal teams
🟡 Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy
🟡 Ideally experience within engineering, fmcg, transport, or service industries
