We have had a great experience using Get Staffed. The platform makes the whole recruitment process much easier and saves a lot of time when managing applicants.

There are some really useful features for keeping everything organised and communicating with candidates and the platform itself is straightforward to use. The support from the team has also been excellent whenever I’ve needed help.

We had some really good candidates come through and the landing page is really easy to use and well laid out.

Matt has been in dialogue and provided reassurance and bits of support along the way.

An expected slower month of hires in August with people away on holidays.

However we still saw 60 hires made in the month.

Eight jobs had multiple hires from the same campaign this month.

The biggest hiring sectors were Drivers followed by Care, both had a relatively even split of hires between Totaljobs and Indeed.

The range of hires was broad with everything from a Furniture Sprayer through to a ISO Manager.

Live jobs still run to their existing end dates.

All the way through. The form, the account you have to create, the cover letter, the box asking you to retype what's already on your CV.

29% of the candidates we surveyed have abandoned an application because it was too long. Somewhere in that form is the field that lost them.

Our clients filled 101 roles in July.

Indeed led the way at 37%. Good months for both Totaljobs and Reed.

One client hired 14 staff members through Get Staffed adverts. They took on a head chef, kitchen porters, control room operatives, logistics crew and a new general manager.

Two different clients filled three gardening and grounds maintenance roles via Totaljobs and Reed.

We had three PAT engineers from Reed.

One client even hired a sewing machinist, who they found via CV Library.

We continue to see a widespread of hires from different job boards.

Open the advert. Fill in the form. Time yourself. Most employers have never done it, which is how a fifteen minute form gets signed off by someone who spent thirty seconds looking at it.

29% of the candidates we surveyed have quit an application because it was too long. Not skimmed it. Left it.

The good ones have the most options. They're the first to leave.
