Food Production Operative
Temporary to Permanent
Part time = Approx 17 hours per week , no weekends
Huddersfield

The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting for Food Production Line Operatives for their established client in Huddersfield on a temporary to permanent basis.

Food Production line experience would be an advantage.

Duties to include but is not limited to:
- Working on the packing lines throughout the day
- Cleaning of equipment
- Quality checking of products
- Making up trays of products
- Picking off the line and adding to shrink-wrapping
- Heavy lifting involved - up to 25KG

Requirements:
- Previous experience within a production role is essential
- No jewellery to be worn / facial piercings/ false nails
- A good level of fitness due to heavy lifting and manual work
- Flexible with finish times

Hours of Work
- Monday to Thursday 3.45pm to 9pm (21 hours a week)

Pay Rate
£11.44 p/h with a possible increase after 12 weeks, once permanent

The purpose of the role is to grow the client's followers and create loyalty to the brand to drive orders and sales.

Main duties & Responsibilities include:

⭐️Demonstrating and presenting hair & beauty products, as a live shopping assistant, while hosting the room, including speaking and responding to the live chat.

The Person:

✨Great communicator, natural conversationalist, talkative

✨Well presented

✨Fun & Engaging personality

✨Great at public speaking and engaging with an audience.

✨Have a fun personality that shines through on camera.

✨Understanding of TikTok with an interest in Social Media

Understanding the health & beauty market

✨Sales/results driven

✨Wants to work in a fast-paced and growing industry, and contribute to the success

📺 🎙️ 🎤 TV, Film, or Social Media channel video hosting experience would be distinctly advantageous, as would the experience of TikTok shop for business.

Duties:

💥Prepare content for different live-stream audiences

💥Research & Collaborate with team members to optimize live times

💥Effectively engage with the audience -answering questions/chat features

💥Be able to assess the success of the live stream and make improvements/adaptations accordingly
