The ideal candidate that we are looking for will be comfortable working within a team as well as independently and have great attention to detail, open to learning new skills to be successful in the recruitment industry. This role would be a great opportunity for a current resource to make the step into a consultant role. The main duties of the role is planning and building relationships with clients.

The duties of the On-Site Consultant will be:
Effectively managing the recruitment process from beginning to end with emphasis on workforce retention
Actively seeking suitable candidates for known vacancies
Contacting and communicating with suitable candidates informing and selling the vacancies available via phone, text message, social media and email
Keeping a record of suitable candidates contact details in line with GDPR
Scheduling and carrying out registration of any new candidates found
Sharing candidate and assignment details with operational staff
Keeping the business informed of any advertising required
Maintaining an honest and trusting relationship with the client
Share on-call duties with your colleague
The ideal Onsite Consultant will have:
The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
The ability to stand your ground and prioritise
Have a open attitude towards learning
Salary for this role is £20,000 - £24,000, with performance related bonus available.
Hours of work will be 5 days out of 7 and will include afternoon/evening work. Due to the nature of this role you will be required to be flexible.
