Essential qualities and requirements for this Sous Chef position:
The ability to produce top quality fresh food
The confidence and Competence to deputise for the Head chef in his absence
Good hygiene awareness and be able to manage consistency
The desire and determination to help take the superb food quality to an even higher level
Good organisation/communication skills
Current experience at high-end establishments as Sous Chef, preferably at least 2-3 Rosette level
