📍 Location: Bedford
💷 Pay: £13.45 per hour
⏰ Hours: Mon–Fri, 06:00–15:30

We’re recruiting Production Operatives to join Supreme Concrete (Ibstock PLC).

🔨 Duties include machine operating, loading moulds, stacking concrete products, quality checks and manual handling.

Applicants should be able to work a rotating shift pattern including nights and be capable of physically demanding work.

💰💰💰Overtime payments up to £27 per hour

Pay is weekly

⏰Shifts are:
⏳Earlies 0600 - 1635 Monday to Thursday
⏳Lates 1700 - 0335 Monday to Thursday

This is a long term opportunity with temp to perm progression after a minimum of 6 Months service.

💰💰💰Starting rate of pay £15.82 per hour.

💰💰💰Up to £25 per hour in overtime rates.

Applicants must be able to work a 2 shift rotating pattern.

⏱️Earlies: Monday to Thursday - 0600 - 1645
⏱️Late: Monday to Thursday - 1700 - 0335

🌗Shift rotation every 2 weeks.

🦺Workwear and PPE provided.

Car parking available on site.

Applicants should have relevant experience of working in a fast moving 'Just in Time' warehouse environment. Good English literacy and numeracy skills are vital. Mechanical handling experience is an advantage.
