What a blast when EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION took over this years The Caterer Cateys . So many highlights but the photos of our team with industry icon Raymond Blanc OBE and the standing ovation our team received when they walked out on stage was incredible . The entire team lead by connell_david from the branding the sensory elements and the incredible food all done with British only products which required bravery and thinking outside the box . Our charity partners Prept raising over £14000 and making so many new contacts . All of the unsung hero’s on preparation set up and de rigging. What a team .
