POV: you signed up for a sales role but spend more time solving logistical issues than you are out selling
It’s quite shocking how many people I’ve been speaking to recently that are in this exact situation.

When you’re dealing with customers like NHS Trusts and you’ve worked your hardest to close 🥵
You’ve brought it over the line and you’re smacked in the face with the news that you can’t supply the products in the time frame you’ve sold to them.
Supply issues happen, they do.
But what’s really the biggest frustration I’m hearing is organisations that are doing absolutely nothing about it, have no plan to do so and are leaving their sales team to try and patch it up with their accounts with no solution.
