We're currently supporting a market-leading technical services specialist in the hunt for a Service Director to oversee their national operation. The business designs, installs and maintains technically sophisticated solutions across multiple sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare and public-sector environments.
The business generates approximately ยฃ25m turnover, with a ยฃ3.5m Service Division that has been identified as a major growth area. The leadership team is looking for someone who can help double the size of the division over the next 2โ3 years by driving operational consistency, improving commercial performance, increasing recurring revenue and supporting the long-term development of the business.
The successful individual will have:
- Full P&L ownership
- Direct oversight of multiple regional offices and service teams across the UK
- Board-level exposure and strategic influence
- Responsibility for operational performance, commercial growth and service delivery
- The opportunity to standardise systems, processes and pricing structures nationally
- A key role in driving recurring revenue growth and long-term service partnerships
- The ability to shape the future direction of the division
Package includes:
- ยฃ70,000 - ยฃ85,000 Basic Salary
- 20% Bonus Scheme
- Company Car or Allowance

- National UK Role
