For the past 9 years, we’ve been running our Driver Survey, including NPS, because understanding what matters to our drivers is just as important as understanding what matters to our clients. This year’s results reflect strong levels of trust, support and consistency across the Employ network, with an NPS score of 60 highlighting the strength of those relationships.
Driver feedback helps shape how we continue to improve, from communication and onboarding to advanced compliance systems, driver wellbeing and day-to-day support. A huge thank you to every driver who took the time to share their feedback. Your insight plays a vital role in how we strengthen our service, support safer delivery and continue improving how we support our workforce.
