Some people come into your team and just fit from day one. Rachel has always been one of those people ❤️

I first worked with Rach when she was 17 in her very first job, working with me in customer service. A few years later, when a vacancy came up at Employ, she was one of the first people I thought of and I reached out to see if she’d like to join us, this time in recruitment.

Four years later, she’s become such an important part of the team. Rach has built fantastic relationships with our drivers and clients and has a natural ability to make people feel supported and looked after, something that’s hard to teach.

Today we celebrated with a team lunch before she heads off on maternity leave (and despite all the lovely gifts… I think the bottle of wine may have stolen the show 🍷😂).

Rach — thank you for everything you’ve brought to Employ. We’re going to miss you, but we’re excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to meet the newest member of the ERUK family.
