It's so nice to receive a card that says "thank you".

We were sent this lovely message from a lady whose dad we cared for.

And actually, it was our honour to care for the gentleman.

It makes us proud but it also shows what Outstanding home care is all about - enabling people to stay living independently in their own homes.

It's about giving families confidence that a loved one has that extra support that is needed from trained, professional, and friendly home care workers.

We really do have the best carers and office team around.

And we provide support to some lovely people and their families.

Courtney has only been with us for a couple of weeks, but she is settling in really well to her new role.

Today is Nottinghamshire Day!

And we are so proud to be a home care company based right in the heart of Nottinghamshire.

It’s Feedback Friday time once again!

(Don’t the weeks go quickly?).

Today, we are sharing compliments about two of our wonderful carers, Nic and Rachael.

During a review, J's daughter said Nic was amazing when she found J on the floor.

And H's daughter texted in to say thank you to Rachael for her lovely notes, adding “she is a credit to the company”.

Well done both, great work. It really does show how professional and how kind our carers are.

It’s a bit late but we have some Friday Feedback to share, and it features first Lyndsey, and then Natalie.

N’s daughter told us that she was impressed by Lyndsey, adding “what a lovely person”.

In fact, she added: “Mum and dad both loved her and if all your carers are like Lyndsey, then Wow!”

Nice work Lyndsey - and yes, we do have great carers!

And then SA emailed in to compliment Natalie.

An electric lead to D's bed had become dislodged, and as the socket was right under the bed, it was difficult to reach.

But Natalie was able to sort it all out and the bed began to work again.

Our client was very grateful for this.

Well done Natalie, always making sure things are done and going that bit further to help people.

Thank you both, and thank you to all our carers. 🙏

It’s Friday Feedback time and so we would like to share some of the compliments that have been sent in to us just recently.

😃

Client F told us that she is really happy with Paige, who she says has “taken to the job really well”. She loves how Paige goes “above and beyond” for her.

Great work Paige. 👍

C’s daughter said that her dad wanted to pass on his thanks to Nikita who he felt was very professional, sensitive, and gentle in her approach to care, adding that she is also “chatty and friendly”.

This is fantastic to hear Nikita, well done. ☑️

And DA’s wife emailed in to compliment Sallyann who stayed beyond her normal times to help when her husband needed a little extra support. Sallyann’s support was really appreciated.

Thank you Sallyann for epitomising what Respectful Care is all about. ❤️

It's August already - and the sun is still shining!

And we are happy to announce that our Carer of the Month for July is... Sallyann Smith.

Sallyann won some Lush products and she distributed them out in little bags to some of our clients who were really grateful for their gifts.

What a lovely gesture.

Although, to be honest, Sallyann is always very supportive towards her clients and always goes above and beyond.

She has come so far in her role in the year she has been with us.
