What would you do if you had a little help getting out and about?

Sometimes, when getting out becomes more difficult, people can slowly stop doing the things they enjoy.

A trip to the shops.

It’s something so many family members say when they start caring for a loved one.

At first, you probably can.

Home care ... is a walk in the park!

Well, it was for Maureen, who recently went out for a walk at Titchfield Park in Hucknall.

Maureen enjoyed the sun and the fresh air, and our carers Lyndsey and Khia loved it too.

That's the thing with home care, it does not just mean staying indoors all the time.

It can mean getting out and about and having a stroll.
