Gas Heating Engineer x 4 URGENT

£20,000 - £22,000 per annum depending on experience
To be based in Belfast, Derry, Tyrone and Fermanagh

Required Qualifications and Experience
• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
• Must be eligible for OFTEC
• Must be eligible to join CTS’s Gas Safe Register
• Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
• Full UK Driving License
• Experience in construction or plumbing and heating industry

In addition, the role may require the successful candidate to undertake work specific training on the job or externally.
• Carry out gas and oil conversions
• Annual services to oil and gas heating systems
• Response maintenance as and when required
• Communicate with management and Quantity Surveyor
• Itemise the work to be carried out in customers’ dwellings and premises
• Carry out the actual work to the high quality standards that CTS Projects Ltd expect
• Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required
• Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business
Desired Qualifications and Experience
• Previous experience in surveying dwellings
• Completed oil training courses 101, 105, 600
• Completed and up to date Gas qualifications and either be Gas Safe certified

Environmental Monitoring Officer
Job Type: Temporary
Job Location: Derry
Immediate Start £9.18 per hour

Applicants must possess 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent qualification.

Applicant must have at least 1 years experience working on similar projects and programmes which must include experience in the following:-
• Environmental monitoring projects
• Data Collection & Analysis systems
• Processing and validation of invoices / accounts
• Health and Safety
• Environmental monitoring programmes including sampling and data collection.
• Computer / keyboard experience in recording of information
