Location: Thatcham
Pay: £12.71–£13.31 per hour
Afternoon & Night Shifts Available

Active Staff are working with our client in Thatcham, who are looking for reliable and hardworking Temporary Warehouse Operatives to join their team during a busy peak period.

Available Shifts
Night Shift
Tuesday–Saturday | 1:00am–9:00am

Afternoon Shift
Monday–Friday | 4:00pm–9:00pm

Additional hours may be available depending on client requirements.

What You'll Be Doing -
Sorting cages into the correct bays for dispatch
Loading and unloading lorries
Preparing parcels into the correct cages
Carrying out manual handling and some heavy lifting

What We're Looking For -
At least 1 year's warehouse experience
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
Able to work on your feet throughout the shift

You must be able to provide 2 years of work references (or study references where applicable)

A DBS check will be required by week 4 of employment

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday | 5:00am – 1:30pm

Pay
£12.71 per hour to start
£13.45 per hour after 8 weeks
The Role

You will be responsible for:

Producing and packaging food products
Accurately completing customer orders
Reading and following order requirements
Ensuring products are packaged correctly
Carrying out quality control checks
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Following the “Clean as You Go” policy
Working effectively as part of a busy production team
