WE’RE HIRING – GARMENT PROCESSING OPERATIVE!

Location: Andover
Pay: £12.84 per hour
Permanent | Monday–Friday

Shifts:
• 6:00am – 2:00pm
or
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Active Staff are recruiting Garment Processing Operatives to join our client’s production team in Andover.

This is a hands-on role involving the processing, preparation and finishing of garments to meet individual customer requirements.

Your duties will include:
• Sorting and processing garments through the kitting process
• Using computer systems to process orders accurately
• Generating barcode labels and assigning items
• Operating heat-press equipment
• Applying emblems, badges and garment finishes
• Quality checking finished garments
• Packing completed orders

We’re looking for people who are:
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Able to follow processes and instructions
• Quality-focused
• Comfortable working to targets
• Happy working on their feet throughout the shift
• Team players with a positive attitude

Previous production/manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided!

Breaks include: 15-minute coffee break + 30-minute lunch break.
