Job Purpose:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a global automotive sales business who has opened a new CX Centre in Paris. Specialising in transforming the car buying experience across the UK and Europe, our client has an excellent opportunity for experienced Flemish Speaking Customer Service specialist to join their growing team!
With their rapid growth in recent months, our client is looking for several Flemish Speaking Customer Support Specialists to strengthen their team in Paris.
Role and Responsibilities:
• As a customer support specialist, you will handle calls from customers who have any inquiries about the products and services offered
• Oversee any requests from customers and prospects wishing to learn more about the products and services offered
• Make any required analyses to provide the appropriate response or escalate if necessary and ensure a positive experience for every customer
• You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and you will respond to requests concerning the mobility offer (subscription, purchase in cash, financing)
• You will advise customer's current or future mobility needs (eg selection of the appropriate car model) via email, phone and chat
• Write online help and solution tutorials
• Participate in the test phases of setting up customer support processes
• With your empathy, you will support (potential) customers in their decision-making process, by identifying their needs and ensure that they are best taken care of throughout the process.
Skills and Experience required
• Native Flemish speaker & must speak either French or English
• A great sense of customer service and a great ability to listen
• Two values that are close to their hearts: Kindness and team spirit
• Be Analytical, patient and calm in any stressful interaction with customers
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new computer systems and you have a good knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular,
• You work in a precise and customer-oriented manner
• Experience in a call center is an advantage
• Working on Saturdays is not a problem for you
