Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (1 in 4 Saturdays, 8am - 12pm)

Job Role
• Respond to customer enquiries in an effective, professional and timely manner

Specialising in transforming the car buying experience across the UK and Europe, our client has an excellent opportunity for experienced Flemish Speaking Customer Service specialist to join their growing team!
With their rapid growth in recent months, our client is looking for several Flemish Speaking Customer Support Specialists to strengthen their team in Paris.

Role and Responsibilities:
• As a customer support specialist, you will handle calls from customers who have any inquiries about the products and services offered
• Oversee any requests from customers and prospects wishing to learn more about the products and services offered
• Make any required analyses to provide the appropriate response or escalate if necessary and ensure a positive experience for every customer
• You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and you will respond to requests concerning the mobility offer (subscription, purchase in cash, financing)
• You will advise customer's current or future mobility needs (eg selection of the appropriate car model) via email, phone and chat
• Write online help and solution tutorials
• Participate in the test phases of setting up customer support processes
• With your empathy, you will support (potential) customers in their decision-making process, by identifying their needs and ensure that they are best taken care of throughout the process.

Skills and Experience required

• Native Flemish speaker & must speak either French or English
• A great sense of customer service and a great ability to listen

• Be Analytical, patient and calm in any stressful interaction with customers
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new computer systems and you have a good knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular,

Genesys Cloud Engineer

Our client fast growing and dynamic client is currently recruiting for an experienced Genesys Cloud Support Engineer on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible. You will be based remotely with occasional travel to the main office and client sites.
Working closely with internal Stakeholders and external clients you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of first- and second-line support to clients. This role will be remote with some travel to Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve all support queries within set SLA’s
• Set up, test and implement Genesys Cloud platforms
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and successfully resolve all Genesys Cloud user queries such as permissions or group access.
• Provide regular updates to users on the status of their query and aim to resolve as quickly as possible.
• Utilise experience within Genesys Cloud to enable the business to deliver high quality Omni-channel customer experiences.

Experience Required:
• Experience of working within a Contact Centre environment, troubleshooting and supporting Genesys Cloud ( 2yrs minimum).
• Set up and support of Genesys Cloud Systems
• Experience of prioritising incoming tickets and incidents via a Service Desk
• Excellent communication skills
• Genesys Cloud systems setup and support
• Genesys Cloud Configuration (desirable)
