Are you a skilled leader fluent in both English and Portuguese? HH Recruitment & Services is seeking an experienced Packing Team Leader to join our established warehousing team in Liverpool.
As the Packing Team Leader, you will oversee packing operations to ensure efficient and accurate product packaging. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll supervise a team of packers, maintain inventory levels, and uphold quality control standards. Your collaboration with various departments will be pivotal in meeting production goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities: **
- Supervise and coordinate packing operations.
- Maintain quality standards and efficiency.
- Provide timely discrepancy reports.
- Manage label printing for the team.
- Train and mentor packing staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with other departments.
- Conduct equipment inspections and implement improvements.
- Resolve packing-related issues promptly.
**Requirements: **
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
- Experience with Avery-Dennison label system.
