Our purpose has always been to provide a complex homecare service that we would be happy for our own family members to receive. Our dedicated and experienced local teams are committed to ensuring that we consistently deliver a high quality, person-centred service to our clients with life-limiting needs and conditions. We go above and beyond to ensure that our clients can live the life they want to live and achieve all their aspirations along the way. Most importantly, enabling them to do this from the comfort of their own home. That’s why our team are an integral part of our success, ensuring that we continually deliver compassionate, high-quality personal care to our clients. We understand the importance of regular quality placements of work and we ensure that our Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers receive ongoing support, training, and development to help them grow their career. As well as our many frontline care roles we also have a range of opportunities to join our growing central office team and local operational hubs. We have roles that support the recruitment, coordination, clinical oversight and management of each package of care that we deliver. There are also a range of roles to support our central office team, including clinical, quality, finance, recruitment, compliance and commercial roles. No one plans for a NICU stay. 💚

When parents imagine meeting their baby, they rarely imagine monitors, tubes, hospital stays or celebrating milestones that might once have seemed so simple.

A NICU journey can be overwhelming, exhausting and filled with uncertainty. And when the time finally comes to leave hospital, it can bring a whole new set of emotions.

Because going home doesn’t always mean the need for care ends.

For babies and children who have ongoing or complex care needs, Apollo Home Healthcare provides specialist support to help families make that transition with greater confidence.

September marks NICU month, something that we support everyday.

For babies and children who require ongoing complex care, leaving neonatal services is just the beginning of a much longer journey.

As they grow, the transition from children’s to adult healthcare can feel overwhelming for families. At Apollo Home Healthcare, we’re here to help make that transition as smooth and supported as possible.

From liaising with commissioners and coordinating assessments, our team takes the lead in planning for the next stage of care.

And importantly, continuity of care matters. Our care teams transition alongside your child as their package of care grows, giving families reassurance and keeping everyone informed throughout the process.
