Be a part of our Cash and Carry Team

Ensure that all customers receive an excellent level of customer service
Try to go the ‘extra mile’ for all customers
Team members may be required to operate tills
Advise customers on most suitable and correct products
Other Cash and Carry duties

Displaying products and keeping shelves stocked as necessary
Ensure that aisles are consistently well stocked and are always neat and tidy
Pick cash and carry orders for customers to collect
Merchandise items in an attractive manner to optimise sales
Product knowledge is important
Perform any other warehouse duties to ensure smooth operation
Personal Qualities

Customers – Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
Efficiency - Organises own time effectively and prioritises tasks in advance. Sets realistic timescales.
Teamwork– Supports the team and always shows respect and positive regard. Working effectively with other team members and customers. Reflect company values at all times.
Product knowledge – Thorough product knowledge is imperative to the role. Must always show willingness to learn.
Other skills – Display an ability for accuracy and attention to detail. Being proactive is a must.

Within this role you will be required to arrange collection and delivery of customer's vehicles.

Working closely in partnership with our Customer Service Drivers and Vehicle Damage Assessors, to ensure that decisions are made to guarantee an exceptional customer service is delivered to all our customers.
