We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Bicester for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy multi-temperature warehouse in Bicester on an ongoing basis.

This is a great opportunity in Bicester offering long-term work within a fast-paced and supportive team.

The Role
Picking and packing customer orders
Replenishing stock
Loading lorries
Ensuring accurate order processing
Working to health & safety and food safety standards
Working in a multi-temperature environment

What You Need

The Best Connection Oxford are currently recruiting for a Class 2 HIAB Driver on behalf of our client based in Abingdon, Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver looking for ongoing work with an immediate start available.

The Role:
You’ll be delivering building materials from the branch to local customers across Oxford and surrounding areas, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and professionally. Duties will include loading your vehicle using the HIAB, checking loads are secure and compliant, and completing around 14 drops per day before returning to the branch to reload when required.

Requirements:
✔ Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
✔ Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
✔ In-date HIAB Licence essential
✔ Minimum 12 months Category C driving experience
✔ Strong customer service skills
✔ Safety-focused and professional approach
