🚨 CONTRACTS MANAGER – ABERDEEN 🚨

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing construction contractor with a strong order book.

This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of multiple projects, support site teams and work closely with directors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

🔨 What you’ll be doing:
• Managing projects from mobilisation through to completion
• Planning labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
• Visiting sites across the UK to monitor progress, quality and safety
• Supporting supervisors and resolving issues
• Building strong relationships with clients and site teams
• Monitoring programmes, identifying risks and keeping projects on track
• Reporting progress and key decisions to directors

👷 What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong construction/project management experience
✔ Excellent communication and people skills
✔ Practical, solutions-focused approach
✔ Confident managing teams, resources and projects
✔ Organised, proactive and able to make decisions

Fencing experience is NOT essential! We’re open to candidates from a range of construction backgrounds and other sectors where you can demonstrate strong team management, resource planning and project delivery experience.

📍 Based in Aberdeen
🚗 Regular travel to sites across the UK
🏨 Occasional overnight stays required
🎓 Technical training and support provided
