Lily Ting Born and educated in France, Lily Ting settled in Hong Kong in 1991 and began a venture that became her career and her passion. She is one of the most experimented career coach in Asia region. Indeed as a recruiter and Deputy General Manager at the French Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong between 95 and the year 2000, she helped numerous job seekers from different nationalities, where she provided advice to professionals at various stages of their careers. The recruitment department she set up, became the most popular agency among the French organizations in the region. She then worked for private organizations as a headhunter serving MNCs and European SMEs in Asia Pacific. Her ability to understand cross cultural issues and operational contingencies allowed her to become a preferred service provider in recruitment for a wide range of industries such as retail, luxury, manufacturing, trading and services. She has been trained with numerous psychometric assessment tools, and took a counseling course. She coached line managers on how to interview, recruit candidates and how to manage new talents. In 2008, she decided to make use of her vast experience in helping job seekers. She worked with different professional organizations and has developed her own methodology. She has successfully coached numerous professional and fresh grades in their job search. She works in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and French.
