I am a big believer of breakfast food being good at all times of day and banana pancakes are a great example of this.
Pancakes for breakfast - start the day off right
Pancakes for brunch - great as a sweet side
Pancakes for afternoon snack - quick, easy and filling
Pancakes for dinner - savoury recipe
Pancakes for dessert - because dinner is not complete without a sweet treat

This recipe creates light and airy banana pancakes (as long as you be careful not to overmix!)
It is made from staple kitchen cupboard ingredients ... nothing fancy here!
Easy enough for the kids to get involved and make too!
