this project is part of the In the framework of the European Desk Reset project, the partners of the project are organising the first dissemination event on 28 November from 15:00 to 16:30 (CET). This event will take place online.
The European Desk Reset project was launched in November 2021 and aims to improve the quality of reception and information services in lifelong guidance centres. To achieve this objective, the project aims to develop new skills for professionals in charge of reception and information in Cité des métiers and to facilitate the development by lifelong guidance centres of new reception practices adapted to citizens' needs.
