🎯 Your Mission
As our Head of Operations, you’ll become the backbone of our daily operations, freeing up our founder to focus on strategic initiatives. You'll optimize workflows, manage team efficiency, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
⭐️ Success KPIs:
Team Efficiency: Continuously improve team output and effectiveness.
Founder’s Time: Maximize the founder’s time on high-impact tasks by handling operational challenges.
Autonomy: Resolve issues independently, reducing the need for escalations.
Communication: Ensure rapid response times, with emails and messages answered within 60 minutes.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Task Ex*****on: Manage and prioritize tasks delegated by the founder, ensuring attention to detail and timely completion.
Operations Management: Enhance project management tools (ClickUp, Notion), streamline company processes, and improve team efficiency.
Recruitment Support: Assist in screening and interviewing candidates to grow our team.
Communication: Maintain daily async communication with the founder, addressing key points efficiently.
