Position: GSM Civil Works Supervisor (3 Positions)
Location: SNNP Region – near Bonga
Duration: Project-Based

Job Summary:
We are seeking qualified and experienced GSM Civil Works Supervisors to join our team for the construction of Safaricom communication sites in the SNNP Region (near Bonga). The successful candidates will oversee and ensure quality and timely completion of GSM civil works in compliance with Safaricom Ethiopia standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site civil works for GSM tower construction.

Ensure compliance with Safaricom Ethiopia’s safety, quality, and technical standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Conduct daily progress monitoring and prepare work reports.

Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) measures are followed on-site.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 GSM sites supervised or managed successfully.

Training: At least two of the three supervisors must have valid HIRA training from an Ethiopian trainer approved by Safaricom Ethiopia.

Skills: Strong communication, site management, and problem-solving skills.

Gender: Open to all qualified candidates.

Willingness: Must be willing to work and reside in the project area (SNNP Region, near Bonga).

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary: negotiable
