Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
• Generate and distribute customer invoices on a daily basis.
• Accurately record and apply incoming payments (Credit Card, ACH, Wire Transfer, Check, and Cash) to corresponding customer accounts.
• Reconcile the Accounts Receivable sub-ledger with the General Ledger on a regular basis.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and maintain upto-date aging reports.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or payment disputes in a timely manner.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Collections Responsibilities:
• Initiate proactive communication with customers regarding past-due invoices through phone calls and email follow-ups.
• Prepare and send account statements via email or mail.
• Notify the Rental Department of delinquent accounts for further action.
• Collaborate with the Rental Department to resolve pricing disputes and work with the General Manager and Owner to address severely overdue accounts.
• Recommend accounts for write-off or suggest applying aged credits as income, where appropriate.
• Perform routine banking errands, including deposits, withdrawals, and other authorized transactions.

Level 1 Laboratory Technician, under direct supervision, will learn tasks specific to the monitoring and control of processing solutions and chemicals used in this organization’s facility. Level 1 Laboratory Technicians will be expected to collect daily samples for testing, perform process and solution control testing, and formulate buffer solutions and reagents. They will become familiar with the operation and standardization of laboratory equipment, as well as maintaining a clean, sanitized and organized laboratory setting. Level 1 Laboratory Technicians will also be expected to perform recordkeeping of tests and consistent monitoring of production solutions and chemicals on a regular basis. Candidates must be self-disciplined and self-motivated individuals with strong accountability (attention to details) skills.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Sets up, adjusts and operates laboratory equipment and instruments per specifications required by contract.

Conduct Lot Acceptance and qualification rests in accordance with customer specifications, engineering drawing or procurement specifications.

Tests samples of manufactured products to verify conformity to specifications.

Records test results on standardized forms and writes test reports describing procedures used.

Evaluate test results and accept or reject material or production lots.

Prepares graphs and charts.

Cleans and maintains laboratory equipment.

Ensure laboratory instruments are properly calibrated.

Perform Hardness Tests in support of Heat Treat Department.

Performs metallurgical examinations including but not limited to: micro-examination, macro examination, grain flow verification, thread form, decarburization, alpha case determination, and case hardening verification, grain size determination, IGO/IGA determination, and micro-hardness evaluations.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and tools throughout the facility.

· Work independently to meet maintenance requirements and keep detailed maintenance records.

· Perform maintenance and repairs on the property including landscaping and grounds.

· Perform repair and maintenance of facility’s air compressor.

· Perform minor plumbing maintenance and repair (repair of leaks, unclog drains, replacement of plumbing fixtures).

· Perform minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and masonry work.

· Provide sanitation support when necessary and use proper procedures for handling basic cleaning chemicals.

· Assist with additional projects and other duties as required.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

The Facility Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· High School Diploma.

· 5 plus years of maintenance experience – preferably in the areas of manufacturing and the preventative maintenance of sheet metal and machining equipment.

· Experience in plumbing, air compressors, water lines, pneumatic systems, and electrical.

· Must be able and willing to climb up and down ladders, including eight (8) feet to twenty (20) foot extension ladders.

· Experience servicing computer and phone lines desired.

· Proficient with MS Office – Outlook/Word/Excel.

· Ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines.

· Excellent at problem-solving, taking initiative, and being very resourceful.

· Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

· Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds or more and participate in activities that include bending, turning, twisting, kneeling, working on ladders, and scrubbing.
