Accounts Assistant – Costa del Sol

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing accounts department and support their expanding group company accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong accounting background who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and has a proactive, “can do” attitude.

Location: Costa del Sol
Time | Monday to Friday | 9am – 5pm
Salary: €1,800 – €2,000 net per month

Responsibilities include:
• Processing purchase and sales ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets
• Monitoring bank accounts and reconciling transactions
• Assisting with month-end and yearly accounts
• Supporting financial statements and tax return preparation
• Handling administrative and finance-related tasks

Requirements:
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Accounting background (qualifications preferred)
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Xero or Sage
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to analyse large amounts of financial data accurately
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Team player with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
