𝐃𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
▪ Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
▪ Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem
▪ Constantly brainstorm with your colleagues to improve the Customer
▪ Experience Troubleshooting, innovation, and change management are part of the daily business
▪ You will use the latest technology and AI integrations and become an expert in this field
▪ Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms
▪ Responsible for Trustpilot reviews improving overall company NPS through excellent service
Flagging and escalation of customer queries and coming up with suitable solutions
▪ Mapping and improving business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.


𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
▪ Native level German or Dutch and fluent English
▪ Customer service is in your DNA and you have some experience already
▪ Excellent communication skills
▪ An interest in innovation (think chatbot-integrations)
▪ You are proactive and solution-oriented
▪ You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer
▪ A technical background is an advantage
▪ You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed.

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
▪ Minimum 6 months experience in Customer service roles
▪ Knowledge of advertisement industry will be considered as an advantage
▪ Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
▪ Excellent communication skills
▪ Resourceful personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
▪ Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
▪ Able to work rotating shifts

▪ 5 shifts a week, 8 hours each, covering Monday to Sunday 24/7 line operating hours
▪ Remote work model after the nesting period on site in Lisbon (about 2 months) based on performance
