While we were in Palma, we hosted an intimate evening for senior crew at .winestudio , bringing together familiar faces, new connections, and the kind of conversations that remind us why we love what we do.

In an industry built on relationships, there’s nothing quite like meeting in person and creating space for genuine connection.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a special one. 🤍

Palma - what a week.

From onboard visits and client catch-ups to coffees with candidates and hosting drinks for senior crew, the week was packed with exactly what we love most: people.

One of the highlights? Seeing so many familiar faces and strengthening relationships both old and new. In a lovely full-circle moment, one of our clients arrived in port just hours before our event and joined us with several of their crew.

These moments are a reminder that recruitment is about so much more than placements. It’s about trust, connection, and showing up.

It was also a really meaningful trip for our team. As much as the week was about connecting with clients and candidates, it was equally special to spend quality time together in person. As a team spread across different countries and time zones - this is something we really value.

Thank you to everyone who met with us in Palma. We left with stronger relationships, great conversations, and plenty of excitement for what’s ahead.
