Abeam crew are hiring a deck/stew for a Private 46M sailing yacht (female DTCA ).

A minimum of two seasons experience at sea and previous hospitality experience.
Sailing yacht experience is beneficial or an interest in learning. Capable in high-end service, housekeeping and laundry. Interdepartmental cooperation a must.

We need an adaptable individual that is confident and professional when dealing closely with very sociable guests.

Ability to be proactive and use your own initiative. Some deck knowledge and experience beneficial.

Fully interior when guests are onboard and 50 interior/50 deck without guests.

Minimal visible tattoos and piercings, non-smoker.
Full valid driving license, STCW and ENG1.

Must be in a position to join the boat in Europe shortly.
English speaking.
Itinerary: Summer 2026 Med and beyond after.

Salary, annual bonus, 4 x weeks holiday, medical and annual flight covered.

Sailing Medic ❗️

Abeam crew are searching for an experienced sailor who is also a licensed medical professional or a paramedic, to join the delivery of a 46m private sailing yacht from Hawaii to Vancouver this June.

This exciting dual-role opportunity requires a candidate who can actively participate in the efficient delivery of the vessel (including watchkeeping, sail handling, etc). While also being prepared to handle medical emergencies and provide day-to-day medical care in a remote setting.

While strong sailing experience is preferred, candidates with the right medical background will be considered with less sailing experience. The delivery will be undertaken with a total of 8 crew members onboard.

Details;
-Planned Arrival: Hawaii, June 4th.
-Planned Departure: Vancouver, June 23rd.
-Open for both Female and Male candidates
-Salary DOE & Qualifications
-All travel expenses will be covered
