Oyster Crew is seeking an experienced Captain to join a private Oyster 595 starting December 2026.

📍 Programme: Antigua • Bahamas • Caribbean • US East Coast

Requirements:
✔ Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum)
✔ B1/B2 Visa (essential)
✔ AEC 1 & 2 beneficial
✔ Strong engineering and technical knowledge
✔ Familiarity with the US East Coast, Bahamas & Caribbean preferred
✔ Highly organised, professional and owner-focused
✔ Excellent references

What a journey it’s been so far… 🌍

The Oyster World Rally 2026–27 is well underway, with 23 Oysters on an incredible 27,000 nautical-mile journey across three oceans.

For the crew onboard, the last nine months have meant ocean crossings, remote anchorages, new cultures, incredible wildlife and plenty of adventure along the way.

So… What is the Oyster World Rally? 🌍⛵️

The Oyster World Rally is a 16-month, 27,000 nautical mile adventure around the world, exclusively for Oyster yachts.

Starting in Antigua, the Oyster fleet makes its way through the Panama Canal and across the Pacific, stopping in places like the Galápagos, French Polynesia, Fiji, Vanuatu and Australia, before continuing through Indonesia, across the Indian Ocean, around South Africa and eventually back across the Atlantic to the Caribbean.

And of course… a journey like that needs some pretty great crew onboard.

That’s where we come in at Oyster Crew. We work with Oyster owners to help find the right people to join their yachts, whether that’s Captains, Engineers, Mates, chefs, Deckhands, all-rounders or sailing couples!

For crew, it’s a pretty incredible opportunity — proper bluewater sailing, ocean crossings, thousands of miles under your belt and the chance to experience some amazing parts of the world along the way.
