Job Position: B2B Customer Support - German Native
Location: Barcelona, Spain

Job Description:

This position calls for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual for the B2B Customer Advisor position to work in a professional sales environment.

Our client is one of the top leading companies of our time and is looking for German and English native speakers to join the B2B Customer Service department of their brand new Barcelona HQ.

Working alongside the Customer Service B2B, they will ensure your training and product understanding in order to express in a confident way with the potential clients.

Your responsabilities:

Provide prompt and efficient service to Partners including the appropriate escalation of issues.
Builds Platform and business knowledge to better serve Selling Partners.
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently knowledge while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
You must maximise revenue, increase sales opportunities and achieve continuous new customer growth, whilst building on existing client relationships to improve loyalty and frequency of purchase by identifying opportunities.
Liaising with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to find an efficient solution.

Your Profile:

-Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed.
-Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication
-Previous experience in Lead Generation techniques such as: resourcing and building quality data, cold calling, email, social media tools and content creation to ensure pipeline planning and soft warming of leads.
-You will create & help research data sources, assist in marketing communication, establish contact with the decision makers, qualify clients and collaborate with other teams.

Also Important:
-Have at least 1-2 years Sales/Customer Service and B2B or B2C Development experience
-Provide examples of how you have used email marketing and social media tools to achieve business development & sales success
-Have experience in database creation or database sourcing and demonstrate these skills in your interview process
NATIVE GERMAN (plus other European Languages are highly valuated)
Have experience with Salesforce.Com or similar CRM systemsReport weekly and monthly to Managers

Offer and Conditions:
-Full Time contract directly with the client

-Working on shifts: 8am to 10pm. 2 days off per week. You will be required to work 2 weekends per month .
-Around 24.000€ gross/year
