The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate the passion of live events into compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will create engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and promotional materials that reflect the FansPass identity and resonate with our audience.
What You’ll Do:
• Design and produce visual assets for digital campaigns, social media posts, advertisements, and the FansPass website.
• Create high-quality event posters, promotional banners, and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the Marke/ng Team to translate creative briefs into visually appealing content.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual communications and platforms.
• Adapt and resize designs for different formats (Instagram, X, TikTok, website, email newsletters, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Event Specialist to ensure new event listings have appropriate visuals ready for upload.
• Ensure all design outputs meet technical requirements for web and mobile display.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and assist in developing new visual concepts.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and artwork for future use.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
What You Bring:
• Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for entertainment, media, or lifestyle brands.
• Technical Mastery:
o Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects & Premiere Pro are a major plus.
o Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
o Experience designing for both digital/social and print mediums.
• Creative Passion:
o A deep love for and understanding of entertainment (film, TV, music, entertainment, games, etc.).
o Ability to translate creative briefs and marketing goals into visually stunning and effective designs.
o A portfolio that shows range, from polished brand work to engaging, trend-driven social content.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):
• Motion graphics or video editing skills.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who will play a key role in driving FansPass’ brand visibility through creative content, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate understands fan culture, works well under pressure, and can translate trends into engaging campaigns that capture attention and drive sales.

What You’ll Do:
• Create and manage content calendars for social media and digital campaigns aligned with upcoming events and brand priorities.
• Develop engaging written and visual content (posts, captions, and short videos) for FansPass’ social media platforms.
• Coordinate and manage influencer and ambassador collaborations, including outreach, campaign briefing, performance tracking, and payments coordination.
• Work closely with the Graphic Designer and Art Director to ensure visuals match content tone and campaign objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Meta, Google Ads).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
• Identify trending topics, hashtags, and cultural moments to ensure FansPass remains relevant in sports entertainment scene.
• Collaborate with the Event Specialist to align marketing efforts with newly launched and trending events.
• Assist in managing paid ad budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of spend across campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all marketing materials and communications.
• Support the development of marketing reports and insights for management review
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• • 2 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer management, or digital advertising, preferably in entertainment, sports, or e-commerce.
• • Strong creative writing and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
• • Proficiency in social media platforms and advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
• • Knowledge of analytics and ability to evaluate campaign results using performance data.
• • Ability to work quickly, handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to last-minute requests.
