Nile Logistics International is seeking a highly organized and experienced Technical Office Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will oversee technical, operational, and procedural workflows while acting as a key communication bridge between top management and all departments, with strong support in international trade operations.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor the full operational workflow from inquiry to delivery
* Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and operational standards
* Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions
* Prepare performance reports for top management
* Review pricing, contracts, shipment details, and operational solutions
* Coordinate between departments and support communication with CEO & GM
* Follow up on shipment movements, approvals, and customer requirements
* Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
* Maintain documentation and records for audits and internal reviews

🎯 Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics, operations, import/export, or customs
* Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade procedures
* Excellent understanding of Air, Sea, Import & Export operations
* Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
