Location: Kafr el shiekh
Experience: 0-1 years’ experience in payrolls work.
Gender: Male
Responsibilities,
•Process monthly payrolls using payroll system.
•Responsible for reviewing and tracking payroll reports and ensure they are received and processed within specified time frames.
•Work directly with Human Resources on new hire set-ups, benefit enrollment changes, terminations, payroll adjustments, and other related activities which impact payroll processing.
•Work directly with the Finance Dept. on bank accounts, employee’s deductions and provide them with monthly needed reports.
•Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and provide information as needed.
•Cooperate with the IT Dept. to maintain the validity and accuracy of payroll system data and ensure all payroll transactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
•Apply policies, procedures and regulations which were setup by the hospital management.
Job Requirements,
•BA degree in Commerce
•Knowledge of Labor Law.
•Excellent MS Office and payroll system
