Assistant to the CEO ( - Egypt)

We're hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to our CEO to help manage their professional life and ensure seamless operations from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Meticulously manage the CEO's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel.
Email & Communication: Screen and prioritize emails, draft professional correspondence, and manage incoming messages to ensure nothing is missed.
Administrative Support: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, from preparing documents and reports to organizing digital files.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take detailed notes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
Project Assistance: Support the CEO with various personal and professional projects, performing research and helping to execute tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High level of proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and other collaboration tools.
A proactive mindset and a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
A high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Comfortable working in a remote capacity.
Working Hours & Logistics:
This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in Egypt.
You must be available to work during USA Eastern Time (EST) business hours to align with the CEO's schedule.
Your working week will be from Monday to Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
