Job Vacancy – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Sheikh Zayed – Egypt
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a dynamic company in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial leadership, with proven expertise in the banking sector and the stock market, along with deep knowledge of real estate investment and development. The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and board, ensuring financial sustainability, growth, and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decisions.
Oversee financial risk management and ensure the company’s financial stability.
Supervise accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, collections, and financial obligations efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.
Oversee dealings with the Egyptian stock market, including investor relations, disclosures, and regulatory compliance.
Evaluate investment opportunities in real estate projects and ensure financial feasibility and profitability.
Monitor real estate market trends and financial indicators to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Collaborate closely with the CEO and board of directors, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Ensure full compliance with financial laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
10–15+ years of experience in finance, with strong exposure to real estate, banking, and capital markets.
Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles (CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent).
Strong experience dealing with banks, financial institutions, and funding structures.
Solid background in the stock market, including investor relations and regulatory compliance.
Deep understanding of the Egyptian financial market and real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, risk management, and reporting.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus).
