Location: Egypt (Hybrid Work Model)
We are seeking a Sales Specialist who will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations through all sales activities.
📌 Previous experience in the educational technology field or a similar sales environment is highly preferred.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, maintaining professional communication via phone and email.
2. Document Preparation: Assist in preparing quotations, sales contracts, and presentations.
3. Sales Support: Organize meetings, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
4. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
5. Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support demo preparation, campaigns, and event planning.
6. Administrative Tasks: Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings, ensuring all necessary documents are ready.
7. Digital Sales Support: Handle online sales inquiries and maintain customer databases and meet them online.
