Osman Group is seeking a skilled to join SCIC – Concrete Pipes Factory, one of the Group's subsidiaries.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Production Engineer with solid experience in production operations, team supervision, and production planning, preferably within the concrete products manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Production).
- 3–5 years of experience in Production, preferably in concrete products manufacturing.
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and follow up on production schedules and ensure timely ex*****on.
- Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Manage production teams, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards throughout production activities.
- Monitor raw material consumption and implement measures to minimize production waste.
- Strong skills in production planning, team leadership, coordination, and Microsoft Office.
