1-Production team Manager – Job Code (PTM001) F & B Background is a must (salary range Up to 25,000 EGP)
A production manager is involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. They ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
Typical work activities:
• Planning production capacity, scheduling, changeover and facility layout.
• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Working out the human and material resources needed
• Drafting a timescale for the job
• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
• being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs
• Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers
• Reviewing worker performance
• Identifying training needs
2- Quality Assurance Department Manager – Job Code (QA001) Salary Range (Up to 25,000 EGP)
- As QA department manager, your role is to ensure all our retail activates completely with the industry best hygiene practices, best food safety practices, and HACCP. As QA department manager, your role will also be to ensure all product development and contract manufacturing is carried out in compliance with industry and QA best practices. Your role will cover ensuring our Own manufacturing operations completely fully with good manufacturing practices, HACCP standards and regulatory requirements, Quality Control at the plant is an integral part of your role. Building and developing a QA team, and managing it is another key responsibility of your role.
3- Sales Account Supervisor – Job Code (SA001) Salary Range 5,500 EGP Plus Commission
Age 25 to 29
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Identify potential customers
> Qualify and develop new accounts
> Recommend products and solutions
> Manage with customer sales forecast
> Develop and grow sales
> Report on sales and collection
> Support collection efforts
> Monitor and report competition activities (products/prices) > Recommend new services and products
Minimum Requirement:
3 to 4 years of experience, food and beverage experience is a must
