We are seeking a results-driven Senior Recruitment Specialist with The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment and support workforce expansion for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for white- and blue-collar roles
Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
Manage onboarding documentation and joining process
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring
Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations

📍 Alexandria, Egypt (On-site)

UMI Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR and administrative operations and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment & onboarding
Oversee payroll, salary structuring & compensation
Implement performance management system (PMS)
Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies
Handle employee relations & engagement initiatives
Supervise office administration & daily operations
Manage petty cash, documentation & vendor coordination
Support leadership with HR strategy & workforce planning

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5 years of HR & Administration experience
1–2 years in a managerial role
Construction / Interior Fit-Out experience is a plus
Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
