We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at dPhish and support recruitment, HR operations, and employee-related activities across the organization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and leave management.
• Support monthly payroll preparation.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and support HR policies and procedures.
🔹 Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Good understanding of HR operations and payroll
• Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
