Boshara Perfumes is urgently hiring " Operation Assistant"
Location :Alexandria, Roushdy
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process purchase orders in coordination with the procurement team.
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing operational documents, including production files, order records, and shipment details.
- Ensure all production-related documents are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, English Section
- 1-2 years of experience .
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
