FMCG experience is a MUST

The objective of the Position:
Own the Brief-To-Contract (B2C) Cycle within the assigned customers in the North Africa region, in-line with the business targets & the strategy.
Ensure to fulfill maximum customer satisfaction levels based on the Service Level Matrix (SLM).
A Business Support Executive is one face of our customers. She/He takes care of the B2C cycle. The BS Executive communicates and acts with customers and internal interfaces to ensure that the co. meets clients‘ expectations in full. The performance is measured and controlled by defined KPI’s that are being developed and measured.

Major Tasks:
1. Follow up thoroughly on the Brief-To-Contract cycle (B2C) starting from receiving briefs from the customer end in alignment with the respective sales manager and ending with realizing the business.
2. Input, update, and follow up of projects in Project Management System
3. Prepares Price Quotations/offers to customers and maintains accurate data in the pricing system and customer database
4. Supports the extraction and preparation of Sales reports (periodic & adhoc)
5. Support the Sales Managers with market intelligence on dynamics
6. Maintain regular business updates and internal sales KPIs tracking, as well as other relevant tasks and activities
7. Following environmental health and safety instructions and rules

Special Tasks:
1. Support the sales managers to expand the business at the customer’s end
2. Follow up on PACE projects statuses and send out the requested samples
3. Thinking out of the box to generate new innovative ideas for a better quality service.
4. Regular business updates

Support proactive work to present product expertise in order to achieve new business

Logistics Management
Manage all the logistics in and logistics out activities for raw materials as well as packaging materials

Major Tasks:
1. Direct the optimization of storage processes in the warehouses and lead the necessary procedures to increase the warehouse efficiency.
2. Ensures the safety, accuracy, and timeliness of inventory data including space allocation and stock transfer,r and undertakes the necessary actions to correct variances (if any).
3. Co-ordinates the release and arrival of inventory with relevant departments (purchasing department) Organizes and ensures accurate stock takes (this is a count of the business inventory on hand, conducted on a regular basis as well as at the end of the financial year)

The objective of the position:

· Materials Planning:
1- To ensure the availability of raw materials needed for the production plan based on the sales forecast of the powder business & Savoury liquid ( Foreign & Local Materials)
2- Monitor stocks and follow up materials flow v/s the customer's call-offs to increase Inventory turnover.

Major Tasks:
1. Handling planning of all raw materials based on the annual sales forecast
2. Reporting annual forecast for the purchased product.
3. Maintaining minimum safety stock to avoid running out along with reducing inventory total cost
4. Make sure that we can supply customers’ orders on time based on their requested delivery dates.
5. Monitor slow-moving items, analyze the reason behind them, and try to align with different stakeholders to find a way to use them.
6. Reporting monthly the forecast of powder with the production team to discusses the capacity needed for powder business.
7. Monitor the smooth operation of the stabilizer business & Colors
