Finance Manager

Are you a strategic finance professional with a passion for retail, business growth, and financial governance? PromoDuck is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support our ambitious expansion and omnichannel transformation strategy.
About the Role
As the Finance Manager, you will play a key leadership role in strengthening financial governance, optimizing financial performance, supporting business expansion, and ensuring robust financial controls across our growing retail network.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to management.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning.
• Lead external and internal audit processes and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Optimize ERP utilization and drive finance process automation.
• Support business expansion by providing financial analysis and investment evaluations.
• Partner with department heads to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPIs to support executive decision-making.
• Lead and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
