✅ Lead Change Management & Employee Engagement initiatives.

✅ Drive Organizational Development and HR Transformation.

✅ Lead a major Talent Acquisition campaign supporting approximately **50% workforce growth**.

✅ Build a high-performance, accountable and results-oriented culture.

✅ Develop modern HR policies, governance and management practices.

✅ Lead the Recruitment, HR Operations and Payroll functions.
