Digital Marketing Specialist – Podcast Industry
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of our podcast. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns, especially in content-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to promote podcast episodes and brand.
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and listenership.
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and leads.
Collaborate with the podcast production team to repurpose episodes into short-form clips, audiograms, and visual content for social media.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on audience growth, campaign ROI, and engagement trends.
Manage email marketing campaigns to keep the audience engaged and informed about new episodes and special guests.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and podcast marketing best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in content or media.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Proven success in growing online audiences and running paid campaigns.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Passion for podcasts, media, and storytelling is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Video editing basics for creating short-form podcast content.
Familiarity with SEO for podcast show notes and YouTube.
Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration.
