Job Type: IT Engineer [Full Time]

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain the IT systems

Monitor the performance of IT systems used

Manage our local LAN

Collect and analyze real-time network/system monitoring (WLAN) and system health check information (PfSense).

Manage ESXI Servers

Manage CCTV system

Installs and tests software upgrades, both network and server based infrastructure.

PC Windows & Linux , servers & local LAN support for hardware and software

Provide technical support to all employees.

Identify and resolve any IT-related problems.

Help employees with operation of various applications, and troubleshooting technical difficulties, such as network and internet connectivity issues.

Report to IT managers and other department heads.

Responsible for creating purchase requisitions for new hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

Manage PC & servers procurement and delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree – preferably in a computer related field or equivalent related education and experience.
3 years Experience

CCNA ,MCSE

Good Knowledge in Linux.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Extras:

Ability to learn new technologies.

Basic Voip knowledge

MAC OS troubleshooting

Proficiency in English is a must

French is preferred

Export & Shipping Documentation Specialist
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: 5th settlements – New Cairo
Job Description
- Receiving & reviewing the purchase orders from clients.
- Receiving customers complaints and forward it to the person in charge to explain the problem and reply with a corrective action.
- Prepare and review all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, Health certificate, and export licenses.
- Sending to shipment companies asking for best price for shipping our orders.
- Choosing the best shipment companies that will fulfill the promise date of our orders.
- Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports
- Sending details of shipment to each client maximum 24 hours after loaded the goods.
- Coordinate and manage the export process from start to finish, including documentation, shipping.
- Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations,
- Sending the original documents for each client on the suitable time and sending the tracking # to client to follow up.
- Produce labels of shipments and sent it to stock department.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Job Requirements
- Knowledge of US and Europe Customs Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong verbal, written communications skills ( English & Arabic)
- Good computer skills
