Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Hurghada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate or development companies, with a proven ability to lead teams, drive campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.
• Manage and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, partnerships, etc.).
• Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team to ensure high performance and creativity.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within a real estate developer company.
• Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Must be able to work on-site in Hurghada and collaborate closely with internal teams.
