The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who will play a key role in driving FansPass’ brand visibility through creative content, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate understands fan culture, works well under pressure, and can translate trends into engaging campaigns that capture attention and drive sales.
What You’ll Do:
• Create and manage content calendars for social media and digital campaigns aligned with upcoming events and brand priorities.
• Develop engaging written and visual content (posts, captions, and short videos) for FansPass’ social media platforms.
• Coordinate and manage influencer and ambassador collaborations, including outreach, campaign briefing, performance tracking, and payments coordination.
• Work closely with the Graphic Designer and Art Director to ensure visuals match content tone and campaign objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Meta, Google Ads).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
• Identify trending topics, hashtags, and cultural moments to ensure FansPass remains relevant in sports entertainment scene.
• Collaborate with the Event Specialist to align marketing efforts with newly launched and trending events.
• Assist in managing paid ad budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of spend across campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all marketing materials and communications.
• Support the development of marketing reports and insights for management review
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• • 2 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer management, or digital advertising, preferably in entertainment, sports, or e-commerce.
• • Strong creative writing and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
• • Proficiency in social media platforms and advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
• • Knowledge of analytics and ability to evaluate campaign results using performance data.
• • Ability to work quickly, handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to last-minute requests.
